Tyler has always been active in sport sever since he was a kid.  By the time he graduated high school he has narrowed his sports focus to just soccer.  During high school he won 4 Regional Championships and 1 state title.  He also played for the ’86 SC Olympic Development Program.

After high school and deciding to leave soccer Tyler needed a new competitive outlet.  He had always enjoyed mountain biking so he tried his hand at that. He moved from Beginner to Expert in 2 months and competed at Collegiate MTB Nationals that fall.  Tyler got a road bike to help with training and the rest is history.

Tyler will be graduating from Clemson University this may and is excited to call the Locos Cycling Team his home for the 2010 season.
